Company History

The company was established in February of 2000 by Mirro Todorov, and was originally named Absolute BG. In October of 2001, Mirro called on his long time personal and business relation Geno Roussev, to join the operation with the intent of combining their talents and efforts to better serve the shipping industry and their growing customer base.

In the fall of 2002, Mirro and Geno opened American Freight Lines. Due to the loyalty of their customers and the hard work of their talented staff, the operation has been growing steadily ever since. In June of 2003, Mirro and Geno called on long time business relation Eddie Westfall to help develop the non-asset side of the company In July of 2003, G & M Logistics was created. Eddie brings 12 years logistics knowledge and experience to G & M Logistics.
